SYARAT- SYARAT :

1. Tetamu adalah terdiri daripada kaum keluarga yang mempunyai hubungan mahram atau kumpulan rakan yang sama jantina.

2. Makanan dan minuman halal sahaja yang dibenarkan dibawa masuk ke premis penginapan. Minuman keras/alkohol tidak dibenarkan sama sekali.

3. Menjaga kebersihan dalam dan luar rumah. Buang sampah ke dalam bakul sampah dan tong sampah yang disediakan. 

4. Menggunakan kemudahan yang disediakan di homestay dengan cara berhemah dan tidak membazir. Tutup lampu dan kipas jika tidak digunakan.

5. Meletakkan kenderaan dengan berhemah dan tidak mengganggu lalu lintas.

6. Menjaga adab-adab kejiranan dan menghormati hak-hak penduduk tetap di taman perumahan.

7. Jangan tinggalkan barang berharga di dalam homestay. Pastikan pintu, gril dan pagar homestay dikunci apabila meninggalkan homestay dalam tempoh penginapan. Pihak homestay tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas kehilangan barang berharga anda semasa menginap di homestay.

8. Jangan buang sesuatu (terutama tuala wanita) ke dalam sinki tandas untuk mengelakkannya dari tersumbat.

9. Laporkan sebarang kerosakan yang berlaku. Wang cengkeram anda mungkin ditolak sebagai gantirugi kerosakan yang berlaku akibat kecuaian anda.

10. Anggaplah homestay ini umpama rumah anda sendiri. Harap anda kemas homestay seperti ketika anda masuk (Check In) apabila anda keluar (Check Out).

11. Diharap anda tidak mengubah kedudukan sebarang perabot dalam homestay.

12. Pengurus/tuan rumah berhak memasuki homestay pada bila-bila masa jika perlu.

12. Sila patuhi masa check out yang betul iaitu selewat-lewatnya 12.00 PM. Anda boleh minta check out lewat dengan kadar caj tambahan RM10/jam dengan syarat tiada customer pada hari berkenaan. 

13. Deposit tidak akan dikembalikan jika anda membatalkan tempahan. Begitu juga jika anda mengurangkan tempoh penginapan seperti yang dijanjikan sebelumnya. (Kami terpaksa mengambil langkah ini bagi mengelakkan kerugian).

Fenomena El Nino: Semua sekolah di Kedah, Perlis diarah tutup Selasa dan Rabu

Semua sekolah di Kedah dan Perlis diarahkan tutup mulai esok dan Rabu ekoran cuaca panas melampau dan kering akibat fenomena El Nino sekarang.

Menteri Pendidikan Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid dalam catatan di laman Facebook di sini hari ini berkata penutupan itu melibatkan pelajar di kawasan tersebut.

Guru-guru dikehendaki hadir bertugas seperti biasa.

Beliau turut berkata, tiada keperluan untuk pihak sekolah menggantikan kedua-dua hari cuti itu.

Jabatan Meteorologi sebelum ini mengumumkan suhu di Kedah dan Perlis adalah antara yang tertinggi di seluruh negara yang kini dilanda fenomena El Nino sehingga mencapai lebih 37 darjah selsius, terutama di Alor Setar.
